Innovation Week: November 2 – 6, 2026
Exam period: December 21 – 22, 2026; December 28 – 30,2026; January 4 – February 5, 2027*
* provided that the on site teaching delivery is in place throughout the whole Fall Semester 2026, all Exchange students will be given a chance to finish their exams of regular courses before Christmas, if agreed with the lecturers.
Should the student receive for a course with the mode of completion “graded course” (not “pass credit”) 50 – 59 points as the total for a course, they will be given an opportunity to retake a final exam for this course during the exam period. Consequently, if the students do not retake the final exam, they will be given a failing grade for the course. Courses with the mode of completion “pass credit” do not allow retake. Exchange students are more than welcome to take exams also during the exam period upon previous agreement with the lecturers.
When it comes to the administrative part of the Exchange, the real date of the last exam (oral or written) will appear on the Confirmation of Study Period. Students coming in the framework of Erasmus+ programme should make sure that their total number of days at VSE exceeds 90 days, which is the required minimum of the programme.
VSE does not guarantee online exams.
