Looking for a quick stop with a bit more meaning behind it? 🎨
The Lennon Wall became an important place of expression during the communist era, when people started leaving messages inspired by John Lennon, peace and resistance. Over the years, it has developed into one of Prague’s best-known street art landmarks.
💡 Good to know before you go:
• You’ll find it on Velkopřevorské náměstí, just a few minutes from Charles Bridge.
• It’s free to visit and accessible at any time.
• If you want to leave your own message, use chalk, pencil or marker rather than spray paint.
• It’s a relatively small spot, so you can easily include it in a walk through Malá Strana, Kampa or along the Vltava.
• Early morning is usually a better time if you want to avoid larger crowds.
A small stop, but one with a unique place in Prague’s modern history. ✌️

Looking for an easy escape from Prague without travelling far? 🌿
@pruhonicky_park is a great choice for a slow summer day surrounded by greenery. The neo-Renaissance castle and its historic park are part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the park itself is large enough to spend several hours exploring.
💡 Good to know before you go:
• Take metro line C to Opatov and continue by bus 363, 357 or 385 to Průhonice. A regular Prague ticket is not enough — you need a suburban PID ticket for zones 0, B and 1. (Průhonický park)
• The park is open daily from 7:00 to 20:00 from May to September. (Průhonický park)
• Student admission during the main season is 110 CZK with a valid student ID. (Průhonický park)
• Wear comfortable shoes — the park is extensive and there are plenty of paths worth exploring.
• Bring a picnic or stop for a coffee and make it a relaxed half-day trip.
Perfect for anyone who wants nature, architecture and a break from Prague’s busy centre. 🌳
